Sample Accomplishments

       During 1998 The Weinstein Group began providing CFO services to a small network
          integrator.  We implemented the company's first integrated accounting system, recommended
          accounting controls and procedures, and assisted with hiring and training key personnel. On a
          monthly basis we performed on-site, part-time controller type duties including the preparation
          of monthly financial statements.  Later in 1999 we developed a formal business plan for the  
          company and were engaged to find a buyer for the company.  Early in 2000 the company was
          sold for two times the owners' anticipated selling price.  The Weinstein Group not only found a
          buyer but also managed the due diligence and negotiated the purchase price and wording of  
          the final closing documents.
          During 2002 The Weinstein Group was hired as the interim CFO of a $500 million financially
          stressed, technology company.  Services were performed both on and off-site on a full-time    
          basis.  In assisting the company through a financial restructuring, The Weinstein Group
          lead several initiatives, including strategic head-count/cost reductions, negotiating new
          financing arrangements and transitioning to a permanent CFO.
         
          During 2003 The Weinstein Group was engaged to locate and contact potential acquisition
          targets for a growing technology company.  The Weinstein Group assisted in the development
          of target criteria, located potential targets based upon that criteria, and approached those 
          targets.  This engagement is ongoing.
